• $3,500 - site, 2 event managers day of, setup/restore, coat check, insurance, cleaning deposit
• Greenroom is located in the Veteran's Building
• 200 seated with dance floor
• Only available July to August
• 8 hour rental
• Parking garages near by including that of the arts center
Fort Mason Firehouse
• $1,900 8am to midnight
• $1,000 8-4pm or 5-midnight
• Add 10% Preservation fee
• $250 cleaning fee
• Looks like a garage/warehouse
• May need a lot of decor to cozy the place up a bit
• Not bad of a price to rent all day
The Women's Building
• $70 per hour for the largest room, seats 200 banquet style
• Rectangular tables and chairs included
• No free parking
• Meters on the street, parking garage a few blocks away
Officers Club, Presidio
• I'd love this place but too pricey :(
• $4,000 Friday, $5,000 Saturday
• You get the whole place
• Prep kitchen only
• FREE parking!!!
